The government gives an additional amount of money to schools according to certain deprivation criteria.
This money is intended to support:

• children who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM);
• Looked After Children;
• service children (children whose parents are or were in the armed forces).

All schools are required to publish information about how they have used their Pupil Premium Grant.
