All about Middleton Church of England Primary Academy

It is our aim that all children enjoy being educated at Middleton.  We strive to provide an environment in which the children feel safe, secure, confident, happy, valued and involved.   Our school is a great place in which to work and play and is  noted for its welcoming and caring ethos.

We believe in the educational development of the whole child.  We offer a wide range of opportunities for curriculum enrichment through residential and day visits and after school clubs.  We value all our children’s achievements and enjoy celebrating all their successes.  Children are actively encouraged to show consideration for others, respect for the environment and a commitment to producing work of which they – and we – are proud!

Our  facilities are good and we are continually in the process of improving!   We are currently developing our outdoor area into a learning resource to make our lessons even more exciting!

We believe the  education of our children should be seen as a  partnership between parents and school.  We consider ourselves very much a ‘family school’  and our children really do enjoy each other’s company.

Our Academy Vision

Your children are at the heart of our vision.

Our vision is to create a school community where children are successful and proud of their achievements, sharing Christian values through the rich experiences we offer to all.
For us this means giving children the means of achieving the best they can in whatever they are doing, be it work, sport or play.
